Condolences
Edward and Anne Thibaut and Family - Brighton, England.
I first met Arthur in the early 1950s - before he married my very beautiful cousin, Bella.
Bella and Arthur came as a "set" with Bella's sister, Louisa (to us but Mary to everybody else) and her husband George. I loved them all to bits and am very sad that Mary and now Arthur are no longer with us.
Arthur was simply the most lovely of men - you couldn't have chosen a better soulmate, Bella! He was ever so kind, helpful and caring.
I remember his love for music - and his ability to entertain all and sundry when playing the piano accordion or the piano. I particularly remember the family get-togethers at Bella's parents' house or ours. Out would come the piano accordion - and then would start the sing-along! The thing that always amazed me most was the fact that Arthur was able to play anything - he was a very talented "You hum it and I'll play it" musician.
Arthur, you brightened all our lives and now you will be very much missed. The angels have just gained a super new piano accordionist - and friend!
Selection of photos of Arthur and Bella Sinfield along with George and Mary Mannering. Also a nice photo of Bella and Arthur with their nephews Matthew and John. Look for the photo of Arthur with the accordion along with George kneeling in the front row.
