Viau, Claire Monique (nee Chartier)

Passed away peacefully at her home, on Wednesday, March 7, 2018, in her 59th year. Beloved friend of Cliff. Loved daughter of Edouard Lorenzo Chartier and Reine Chartier (nee Barube). She is survived by her daughter Penny (Andrew Leeder) Ryan, her grandchildren Daniel Ryan Astley, Stephanie Leeder, and Bryanna Leeder, and her brothers and sisters Réal Gagnon (Claire Lavoie) of Campbell River (British Columbia), Yolande (Chartier) Laplante (Raymond) of Val d’Or (Sullivan) (Québec), and Guy Chartier (Patricia) of South River (Ontario). Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue, Brantford on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm. A Graveside Service Service will be held at 3:15 pm on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Oakhill Cemetery, 17 Jennings Rd. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation PO Box 7008 Station MainLondon, Ontario N5Y 5W7 would be appreciated.
