CAFFIN, Edward Gordon
He left us after a lengthy struggle with memory loss and now is basking in the love of Jesus, his Savior and Lord. Cherished husband of Virginia "Ginny" Caffin (nee Young) for over 57 years. Loving and supportive father of Darlene (Jeff) Rogers, Darrell Caffin, Dawn (Tony) Ward, Dianne (Ben) Vermeer and Darcy (Darcy Lyn) Caffin. Treasured grandfather of Tanya and Tyson Rogers, Aaron and Andrea Vermeer, Ariana (Scott) deVries (nee Ward), Victoria, Joshua and Caleb Ward, Brandon, Leah and Johnathan Caffin and Grace and Evan Caffin. Great-grandfather of Breanne deVries and Micah Vermeer. Survived by his sister Grace Bickle (nee Caffin). Predeceased by his parents Alfred G. and Lilian Caffin, his sisters Evelyn Henderson, Marion Eagleson and Lillian Bickle and his brother Alfred J. Caffin "Pete". He will also be dearly missed by many other family members and friends. Family and friends will be received at the BECKETT - GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue, on Monday, November 14th, from 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Ed's life will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, November 15th, at 12:30 p.m. Interment Oakhill Cemetery. Donations to Maoz Israel, www.maozisrael.org would be greatly appreciated.
