Condolences
We are deeply saddened by your lost and offer our deepest condolences. We wish you peace and strength during this difficult time.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. She has left her mark on your hearts but know that we have another special angel who she is with to look over all of us..These angels are the reason that we continue to love even through difficult times.
We were so sorry to hear about Madison. You are in our thoughts and prayers every day. May you lean on each other now and always with her in your hearts. We love you both and send our love and prayers to all of you.
I was Madison's first nurse - a NICU nurse who attended her delivery. She was little, pink, and perfect. I marvelled at what a good girl she was, only needing a little help breathing, a little warmth, and the smallest diaper we had. She had quite an attitude! Waving her arms and legs, trying to bat away my hands as I attached heart leads. She was a feisty little one. And that attitude allowed her to fight as hard as she did in the following days. It was an honour knowing her and her loving parents. Rest in peace sweet heart, I am glad I knew you. <3 Becky
Tara and Phil, so sorry to hear of your loss our thoughts are with you at this most difficult time.
Tara and Phil Words can not begin to tell you how sorry we are for the loss of your precious little girl. I know you only held her for a short time but will hold her in your hearts forever. If there were magic words that would take away your pain I would say them over and over. Thinking of you both with love.

Madison in your short time with us you endured more than most people do in an entire lifetime and fought harder than a lot of people I know. You made your family so proud and made us love you more than we could imagine possible in such a short time. You made your mommy and daddy so happy and proud. I wish we had more time with you, I had such plans for us. I am honoured to have such a special niece. I miss you my little flea, love always, Auntie J

Madison-I am so sad I never had the chance to meet you. I know that you will always watch over and protect your cousin Bentley, you will always be his guardian angel. Tara & Phil - you guys have been amazingly strong which is exactly where your baby girl got it from. Love always, Shane
My precious little Madison, Your journey amongst us was much too short; nevertheless you had enough time to inspire us all, to leave your mark. Somehow we must find a way to believe that God had some other greater plan for you. Please give your mommy and daddy some of your strength and courage to help them through this. Veille sur nous tous ma petite Madison! Avec amour, grand-maman Nicole

My dear Libby and Cleo, I know your heart was breaking for Phil and Tara at the challenges they faced during their pregnancy with Madison. Like everyone else, you were full of hope and prayed for the very best outcome. Unfortunately, you have lost a grandchild; one of the greatest treasures on this earth. Please take the time you need to grieve this tremendous loss. If there is anything we can do to help, please just let us know; we are here for you. You are in our hearts as you grieve the loss of this prescious life. Love you, Kim and Paul.
Dear Tara and Phil, Paul and I are so sorry to hear that you have lost your daughter, Madison. We know of the tremendous struggles and worries you both had over the past several months. You both did all that you could to protect Madison and give her every opportunity; she knows that and so does everyone else. Madison will always be with you in your hearts. Please take care of each other and surround yourselves with the love and support of your families and friends.
My dear wee Madison, Well before you even existed, you were wanted and loved by your mommy and daddy, and so many more. When we all found out that you were expected, we were all so thrilled. Everything that could possibly be done to ensure your health and safety was done; no parents could of done more to protect their child. You came into this world earlier than most with a tremendous fighting spirit. Such a small, wee girl with the courage of a lion. You could hear your mommy and daddy express their love for you and feel their gentle touch. You could sense the awe in their eyes at the sight of such a beautiful little angel. You know they were with you, loving, encouraging and protecting you. Behind your parents stood a vast number of family and friends who were surrounding all three of you with love and strength to endure. We all know you fought such an overwhelming, courageous battle. You didn't want to leave, but you had to, surrounded by your mommy and daddy's love. Some parents get to love their children for a lifetime, others, not so long. The all encompassing love parents have for a child doesn't depend on the length of time the child is with them. Madison you were so very loved. You will always be with your parents, always in their hearts. Loosing a child is one of the most horrific things parents will ever go through. I know the large number of family and friends will be there to love and support your mommy and daddy, and each other. You were here for only a short time Madison, but you made a lifetime impact on us all. Sleep well little angel.
Phil and Tara, there are no right words to be said. I wish peace and strength in the coming days, weeks and months. Love Tania and Mike

Love Marcel, Linda and Sophie.
Our thoughts are with you in your time of loss.
To our dearest angel: You have deeply impacted our lives in the short time that you were present here with us. Know that you have marked us forever. Your will to live and your courage are to be admired. For the rest of my life, I will live to know that my precious niece showed the most strength than I’ve ever seen in my life. Madison, I know that for the rest of my life, you will be my guarding angel and when in time in need, you will be the one guiding me.
our deepest condolences , thoughts are with you during this difficult time
Madison Leslie* Seeing you was the most amazing thing I've ever seen. You were absolutely beautiful & the strongest little peanut. I told you how much I loved you and always will. I know you are our little angel now up with Pop. You will forever be in my heart, and you will always be in my thoughts and prayers. I'll remember you always & Love you forever
My pretty girl, From the moment that I found out mommy and daddy were expecting a baby girl I could not stop smiling at the thought of you! I loved you instantly. Your strength and your fight are so contagious, you were a tough and determined little girl (so much like your mommy right from day one, only with her we call it "stubborn") There is a void in our hearts will be impossible to fill, but I truly believe that you are in a better place now and that your great-grandpa is holding you lovingly; another one of his beautiful girls. I love you so much baby girl, rest in peace little angel. Hugs & kisses - Auntie
To our most precious angel, we loved you more the moment we saw you than we will ever be able to express. We and your entire family are so deeply saddened by our loss. Your loving parents protected you the best they could

My dearest little Madison, I had big plans for you: first of all, have you help your dad teach your mom how to understand and even speak some of the beautiful French language and second of all, make a baseball player out of you so that you could join the rest of your cousins on the baseball field at the St. Charles Family Tournament. Well maybe you can be our divine little coach instead, talk to the Big Guy and send some good luck our way; that would be great! Enjoy the games, we'll try to make you proud! You will forever be in my heart Madie!
