Maureen, Laurie and Bob and your families, It saddened me so much when I received Maureen's call on your mom's passing on. I shall always remember her as such a sweet and delightful woman, who loved her children and their families. It was a joy being in her presence. I know this is a hard time for you all and I want you to know that my prayers are with you. In time the sadness will soften and the good memories will be with you. She is not gone but she is still with you - in each sunrise and sunset.

Most of us chase goals and dreams of some sort - Dorothy's goal, as she often said, was always to be remembered as a good wife, mother, grandmother, friend...who can say that they have fulfilled their goals so completely as Dorothy? She was always kind and gracious - a wonderful friend and neighbour to us. She leaves behind a wonderful family raised with love and given a perfect example of what it is to be a gracious human being. Our family will remember her fondly and miss her deeply.
