Obituary of Timothy Symons

SYMONS, Tim Pierce - Passed away at his home on Monday, March 26th, 2012 in his 55th year. Beloved husband of Elsie for over 32 years. Loving father of Elizabeth (James) Miller, and Tim Jr, and Melissa. Devoted grandfather of Gavin Miller. He is survived by his sisters Kathy Loucks, Wendy Schenderling, and Julie (Bob) Holmes, and his brother Stephen. He will be fondly remembered by his aunt Wilma, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Tim is well known in Brantford, and has worked at CKPC for over 26 years as a radio personality. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave., on Thursday from 2- 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. and on Friday from 10 - 11 a.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel on Friday at 11:00 a.m. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Ontario Prader-Willi Syndrome Association, 18 Creekside Rd, Toronto, Ontario M2M 4E1 would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Tim in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
