Obituary of Irene Moyer

MOYER, Irene: Millicent Irene Moyer (nee Westbury), 92, of Hamilton, passed away peacefully in the early hours of Monday, June 17th, 2024 at the Brantford General Hospital. Born on June 2nd, 1932, in Hamilton to Millicent and William Westbury, she was loved by her many brothers and sisters. Irene married the late James (Jim) Moyer and had two children, Francine and the late Patricia. She was the cherished grandmother of Daryl (Jayda), Sarah (Jessica) and Kyle, and adored great-grandmother of Raelynn. She will be most remembered for her positive and friendly disposition and love of reading. At the family's request, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will occur at a later date. The family wishes to thank the exemplary Palliative Care team at Brantford General Hospital.
