Campbell, B. M. Laurene - Passed away after a brief stay at the Brantford General Hospital on Thursday, February 15th, 2024 in her 95th year. Loving wife of the late Louis (2001). Daughter of the late Fred and Gladys Plant. Dear sister of the predeceased Sherman (Frances) and Ivan. Cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews. Laurene was a 37 year secretary at White Farm Equipment, which she thoroughly enjoyed. She took pleasure in her 50+ years living in the Mt. Pleasant community, was known for her delicious butter tarts, and beautiful well kept gardens. Friends and family will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre on Wednesday, February 21st, 2024 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, February 22nd, 2024 at 10:30 am. Interment will take place at Mt. Pleasant cemetery. Donations to the Burtch Baptist Church, Salt Springs United Church or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of Laurene in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
