Obituary of Sandra McCready

McCready, Sandra - The family of Sandra McCready (nee Peacock) is sad to announce her sudden passing on Tuesday, August 22nd, 2023 at St. Joseph's Lifecare Brantford in her 78th year. Beloved wife of the late Robert McCready (2012). Loving mother of Terry (Tammy), Jim (Lisa), Scott (Melissa). Cherished grandmother of Kayla, Brandon (Lauren), Bryce and Rebecca. Great Grandmother of Ember. Also survived by her sister Karen Patterson. Predeceased by her brother Tom Peacock (2014) and Brother in law Phil Patterson (2022). Sandra 'Sandy' will be missed by many family and friends. Sandra and her husband Bob loved the outdoors; they loved to go camping, hunting, fishing and spending as much time "doing the things they loved", along with their sons. Sandra enjoyed being outside and you could often see her sitting on her front porch enjoying the sights and sounds and the company of neighbours and friends. I would like to say a special thanks to all the staff at St. Joseph's Lifecare for the fabulous care and the well respected time you all spent with her. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life on Wednesday, August 30th, 2023 from 11:00 until 1:00 pm at Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave., Brantford, 519-752-4331. A tree will be planted in memory of Sandra in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest. ~Mom you will be missed by all and say hi to Dad~
