Batson, Joanne - Peacefully at the John Noble Home, on Sunday, August 6th, 2023 in her 87th year. Reunited with her husband Keith (2018) . Loving mother of Cathi (Wayne) and Doug (Kristy). Cherished grandmother of Oscar and Nora and Ashley, Grace and Tyler. Caring aunt of many nieces and nephews. Survived by sister Pat (Barry). Joanne was a pillar to her family and friends who will be fondly missed by all who knew her. The family would like to thank the staff and volunteers at the John Noble Home- Grand Terrace for their care and support of mom, as well as the staff at Charlotte Villa for their compassion and kindness. Friends will be received at the BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Ave., Brantford on Wednesday, August 16th, 2023 from 10:00 -11:00 am. A Celebration of Joanne's life will follow in the chapel at 11:00 am. Cremation has taken place. Donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of Joanne in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
