Snider, Elizabeth “Betty” - Passed peacefully at 101 years on February 7, 2022. Her husband of 66 years, Donald L. Snider, predeceased her in 2008. She leaves her beloved daughters Dr. Don-Nee German of St. Joseph, Michigan; Nancy Willihnganz of Victoria, B.C.; Grandchildren Brad German of St. Joseph, Michigan; Dr. Bess German of Lansing, Michigan; Laura Willihnganz of Vancouver, B.C. and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank all the staff at the Brantford General Hospital and Sandee McGahey for the care and compassion they demonstrated to Betty. A memorial celebration of life and reception will be held on Sunday, May 1st, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Beckett-Glaves Funeral Home, 88 Brant Ave. Brantford, 519-752-4331. A private interment at Farringdon Burial Ground will be taking place on Monday.Donations appreciated in Betty’s name to the charity of your choice.
A tree will be planted in memory of Betty in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
