ADAMS, Mary Assunta (Ferraccioli)
With the heaviest of hearts, the family announces the passing of Mary Adams. Following a courageous and strong battle with cancer, Mary passed peacefully with her family at her side at the Stedman Community Hospice on Sunday January 16th, 2022, at the age of 77. Born in Brantford on August 16, 1944, Mary was the youngest daughter of Pasqualena and Gaetano Ferraccioli. Mary has been reunited with her beloved husband Bill Adams who recently predeceased her in August, 2021. Remembering always with an abundance of love in their hearts, Mary will be truly missed by her children, Guy (Heather), Gina (Mark), and Paul (Jennifer) who she loved, cared for, and protected. Mary was the stepmom to Bill Jr. and Kevin (Kathryn) who she loved dearly. Mary is predeceased by her brothers Roy Ferraccioli, Guy Ferraccioli, Leonard Ferraccioli, and her sister Teresa Soluk. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews who all held a special place in her heart. She will be affectionately remembered by her friends whom she cherished and was grateful for every day. Mary had a heart that cared for everyone allowing her to bring positivity and a smile to her career as a medical secretary. She spent the best years of her working life at the Brant Community Cancer Clinic where she retired after ten years of service. Mary was an active parishioner of St. Basil’s Parish Church and a member of the St. Basil’s Catholic Women’s League for over 50 years, Mary loved her gardens, and her joy of cooking was appreciated by all who walked through the door. But most of all, Mary was happiest when everyone was all together!
