Stone, Krista June (nee Callaway) - Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Friday, November 12th, 2021 in her 65th year. Beloved wife of Larry. Loving mother of Janette Smith, Jessica Edmonson (Brent), step-mom to Mark Stone (Pauline), Mike Stone (Joanna) and Brian Stone. Cherished grandmother of Jacqui (Victor), Jordon, Quentin, Cassidy, Nicole, Nathan, Mya, Ella, Emory, Haddie and Hank. Great-grandmother to Mateo. Predeceased by her son, James David Smith, parents Harvey and Freda Callaway and brother Kenneth Callaway. Krista will be fondly remembered by her sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue on Monday from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. and from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. A private funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday. Cremation to follow. Social distancing and masks are required. Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. Donations and condolences are available online at www.beckettglaves.com. A tree will be planted in memory of Krista in the Beckett-Glaves memorial forest.
