Dear Cochrane Family,

In the 40 years that my family have been in Canada (thanks to the Cochranes) Velda has kept in touch with our family through multiple change of addresses on both ends and continued to send us Christmas greetings, well wishes and updates every year. Thank you for keeping us a part of your lives and remembering us so fondly. We are saddened by this news and grieve the loss of an extraordinary woman.
