Austin, Bettie Lillian - Passed away peacefully on Friday, December 18th, 2020 at the Brantford General Hospital in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Harry (2015). Loving aunt of Marilyn and her husband Edward Morrison. Also survived by her great-niece Lisa Morrison and several other family members and friends. Bettie loved gardening and flowers. Her garden was her pride and joy. She was a long time member of St. Jude's and then Grace Anglican Church. At Bettie's request there will be a private family service at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery. Donations to the St. Joseph's LifeCare Centre would be appreciated. Donations, condolences and a live funeral webcast will be available online at www.beckettglaves.com. A tree will be planted in Bettie's memory in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest. Due to Covid 19, attendance is limited, face masks and social distancing is required.
