Walsh, George Raymond - George passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 9th, 2020 at Brierwood Nursing Home in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of the late Catherine. Loving father of Reg, Gordon White, Sherry, Cindy, Gordon Walsh, Tina and Sandra. Caring grandfather of several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. George was a proud member of the Canadian Airforce, a huge hockey fan, player and coach. At the families request, cremation has taken place and a celebration of George's life will take place at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to the BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue, 519-752-4331. Donations to the Alzheimer Association would be appreciated. Donations and condolences are available online at www.beckettglaves.com. A tree will be planted in memory of George in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
