Obituary of Barbara Sahagian

It is with saddened hearts that the family of Barb Sahagian (nee Botuik) announce her passing on November 2nd, 2020 at the age of 77. Loving mother of Michael Sahagian and Jodie Flisak (Ed Flisak). Cherished grandmother (Baba) of Morgan and Luke. Survived by her sister Pat Avery (Sam Avery) and her brother Albert Botuik (Kay Botuik) Predeceased by her parents Walt and Ann Botuik. Barb enjoyed gardening, and loved to be creative using her skills to make crafts for friends and family. She always welcomed the neighbouring kids, and later in life filled that natural instinct of caring with a couple of furry animals. But most of all, Barb loved and was very proud of her children and grandchildren and their accomplishments. Barb had a fun sense of humour and always liked a good joke. She will be deeply missed. Friends and family will be received at Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave. Brantford Saturday November 14th, 2020 at 1:00pm for visitation and a Celebration of Life will take place at 2:00pm. Donations to the Canadian Liver Foundation or Brantford SPCA would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Barbara in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
