Obituary of Mary Jo Dallaway

With broken hearts we announce the passing of Mary Jo at the Brantford General Hospital on Saturday, November 16th 2019. Jo will be lovingly remembered by her parents Gerald and Mary Dallaway and the love of her life, her partner Al Penny. Jo will be missed by her amazing children; Amie Bulanda (Tim Beland), Jeff Bulanda (Stephanie Brown), David (Yamina) Penny and Lisa Penny. Mary Jo is now the Guardian Angel for her grandchildren: Austin, Charlotte, Henry, Dorian, Daisha, Daydin, Davaunt, Korede, and Kaliyah. Jo will be sadly missed by her twin sister Cathy (Tim) Proll and her brothers Dennis (Donna) Dallaway and Robert (Jennifer) Dallaway. Jo was also the loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Funeral Arrangements are entrusted with BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Ave. Brantford, 519-752-4331. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place for Mary Jo at St Basil’s Parish, 50 Palace St. Brantford, on Friday, November 22nd at 11:00 am with a Celebration of Life to be held immediately following at the Brantford Polish Hall, 154 Pearl St. from 12:00pm - 4:00pm. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a charity of your choice.

A tree will be planted in memory of Mary Jo in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
