MELNYK, Richard Joyce
passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family, on Monday, July 8th, 2019 at the Stedman Community Hospice - Hankinson House. Beloved husband of Jean Melnyk for over 46 years. Loving father of Erika (Carlos Castro) Melnyk and Kyle (Veronica Martinez) Melnyk. He will also be dearly missed by many other family members and friends and his grand-dog Rocky. After his career in the trucking industry he enjoyed many years of retirement in Mexico. A heartfelt thanks to the everyone at the Stedman Community Hospice - Hankinson House and the Outreach Program for all their loving care and dedication. At Richard's request cremation has already taken place. Friends will be received at the BECKETT - GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue, 519-752-4331, on Friday, July 12th, from 6-8 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Stedman Community Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
