Szecskas, Elizabeth "Betty" (nee Karkus)
Born in Tothkomlos, Hungary, Betty passed away after a brief illness at Fox Ridge Nursing Home, Brantford on June 29th, 2017 in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late George (2007). She is survived by her brother John (Bonnie). She is predeceased by her brothers George, Frank, Bill and Michael. She will also be fondly remembered by 4 sisters-in-law, and many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave, on Wednesday, July 5th, 2017 from 10 - 11 a.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the chapel on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery. Donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated.
