Fuller, Frances Edna "Teddy" (nee Brown)
Born in Maple Grove, Ontario on April 1st, 1919 to Frederick Abram and Frances Alice Brown (nee Woodley). Peacefully passed away at Hardy Terrace, Mt. Pleasant on Wednesday, October 19th, 2016 in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late William Shingler Sr., and the late Lawrence Fuller. Loving mother of Bill (Joanne) Shingler, Gary Shingler, and Nancy (Bill) McCready. Cherished "Gramma" to Marcy (David) Behrens, Laurie (Tony) McCue, Melissa Da Silva (Tim), David Shingler (Vickie), Morgan (Sandy) McKay, Barbara (Don) Dale, and Jeffrey Chance, and her great-grandchildren Josh, Shelby, Kassie, Jarrett, Wesley, Amy, Connor, Kirsten, Ben, and Billy. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her grandson Willam Shingler III, great-grandson Chandler Da Silva. Teddy resided in Scotland, Ontario for much of her long life, and was a long time member of Scotland Baptist Church. Friends are invited to share memories with the family at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave on Sunday from 3 - 5 p.m. and on Monday from 10 - 11 a.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the chapel on Monday, October 23rd at 11:00 a.m. Interment Scotland Cemetery. Donations to the Scotland Baptist Church, or the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of Teddy in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
