Obituary of Joseph Bourgeois

Bourgeois, Pierre Peacefully, at the Brantford General Hospital, on Sunday, May 8, 2016 . Pierre passed away at the age of 73. Loving husband and best friend of Claudette Bourgeois (nee Menard) for 49 years. Survived by his brother-in-law Jean-Claude Menard (Louise), and cherished uncle to Veronique (Maxime Lebeuf) and Valerie Menard, all of Montreal, Quebec. Pierre was an employee of Hunter Lumber, in Scotland, Ontario for 37 years and a Fireman for the Scotland Volunteer Fire Department for 24 years. Pierre will be missed by his dog Princess and cat Bailey. Friends will be received at Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue, Brantford, on Friday, May 13, 2016, from 10:00 am - 11:00 am. A Funeral service will be held in the chapel on May 13, 2016 at 11:00 am. Cremation has taken place, with the interment of cremated remains to follow at the Scotland Cemetery. Donations in memory of Pierre, to the Charity of Choice would be appreciated.
