CZARNIK, Bernice, - Born October 19, 1928 in Brantford, Ontario. Passed away surrounded by her family on Thursday, October 22 at the Villa Care Centre in Midland. Beloved wife of the late Stanley "Stan the Shoe Man" (2009). Loving mother and mother-in-law to Bryon and Janis, Bob and Diane, Sandra and John, David and Kira, Steve and the late Susan (2004). Proud grandmother to Kathryn (Brett), Paula (Steve) and Julie (Will); Paul (Lindsay), Candace (Kelly), Lauren (Tyler), and Lucas; Katya and Eric; Emily and Larissa. Great-grandmother to Ella, Madelyn, Blake, Weston, Vivienne, Logan and Hudson. She will be dearly missed by all her friends and relatives. A special thanks to the Villa Care Centre and to Carla Kilpela for their wonderful care. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue, Brantford, on Sunday, October 25th from 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. and Monday from 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Monday, October 26 at 11:30 a.m. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Villa Care Centre in Midland, the Alzheimer Society of Ontario, or a charity of your choice would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Bernice in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
