Passed away on Thursday, October 22nd, 2015 in his 66th year. Loved brother of John (Jean), Mary (Bob) Rowley, Carolyn (Gordon) Neil, and the late James (the late Cheryl) Tate. He will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. He is predeceased by his parents John Tate and Violet (nee Stansbury). At Richard's request, cremation has been arranged through the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave. (519) 752-4331. Friends will be received at Beckett-Glaves on Wednesday, October 28th from 10 - 11 a.m. A Memorial Service will follow, in the chapel on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Donations to the SPCA or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of Richard in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
