It is with tremendous sadness that the family announces the untimely passing of Edward so soon after his valiant fight with Cancer on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2015 in his 70th year. Beloved husband of Dianne (nee Evans). Loving father of Kathy (Stan) and Jeff (Karen). Cherished grandfather of Lindsay, Tonia and Chris and great-grandfather of Leah, Cali, Olivia and Evan. Lovingly remembered by his brother’s Brian (Karen), Marty (Vicki), his nephews and close friends.Predeceased by his parents Edward and Esther , his younger brother Kevin and mother-in-law Mary Evans. Ed will be fondly remembered by his many friends from Home Hardware and Dairee Delite. Friends will be received at BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue, on Saturday, October 3rd, 2015 from 1:30 - 2:00 P.M. A celebration of Edward’s life will follow in the chapel. Cremation has taken place. Donations in memory of Edward may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
