Obituary of Dorothy Dyer

Dyer, Dorothy (nee Wood) Passed away peacefully in her sleep, at Tranquillity Place, on September 22nd, 2015 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Donald (2012). Loving mother of Diane (Angelo) Fedele, and Alan (Ann) Dyer. Devoted grandmother of Natalie (Joel) Convey, Julie Fedele (Greg Allan), Samantha Dyer, and William Dyer, and her great-grandchildren Myah Convey, Jorgia Convey, and Alessandria Convey. Predeceased by her parents and one sister. She will be fondly remembered by all of her family members and friends. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave. on Friday from 10 - 11 a.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the chapel on Friday at 11:00 a.m. Cremation. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Donations to the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation would be appreciated. Dorothy's family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Leach, and the staff at Tranquility Place for their care and compassion. A tree will be planted in memory of Dorothy in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
