Condolences
To Johns Family,
I met John at the Miami Youth fair where he gave me my first Job. He was the boss at the double looper, a great roller coaster and he took me under his wing. I was at a crossroads in my life between school and work and John offered my excellent guidance in that regard. He also patiently helped me get over my fear of roller coasters and heights.....that however, was not his greatest contribution to my life. He advised me to go to school, that the world would be there when I got out and I would have a better chance with an education. As I sit here now, as an attorney, I look back on that advice and smile. John was a great friend and man and he will always hold a special place in my heart. I had unsuccessfully tried to find him several years ago online....I wish I could have told him all of this. To his loved ones, please know that John is loved and Missed in Miami and he will not be forgotten. God bless you all.
Sorry to here about John... He was my cousin and we lost touch... I will never forget when they came out west the summer of 68 John and I had an absolute BLAST

He's only gone on ahead of you,
Not just left you behind.
Although you can't be with him right now,
He lives on in your heart and mind.
The day will come when you'll meet again
On Heaven's distant shore,
And the two of you will walk hand in hand
Together forever more
