Ian was a truly wonderful man taken much too soon. I can’t put into words the impact Ian had on my life or what I learnt from him as a mentor and friend, but I can say, from numerous conversations and stories over the years, he loved his family dearly and was exceptionally proud of everything you have accomplished and all the wonderful memories you shared.
From Mandy and myself, our deepest condolences to Debbie and the entire Davidson family.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Please accept our condolences. Everyone at Ron Lee Const.
My Dear Friend Barbara and Family.
We only met a year ago at bowling but I felt as though I had come to know about you and your family a bit as we chatted each week while on the same team.
It was shocking for me to find out yesterday that you had lost your son suddenly. No words can ever make death easy but I will be praying for you and your family as you try to deal with the loss of your son Ian.
Please accept my deepest sympathy.
Carolyn

Ian Davidson...a class act, a gentleman and a dear friend. Ian was my rock at ECL. When things became unreasonable, Ian provided reason. When it seemed that nothing could go right, Ian provided direction. When I had tough decisions to make, Ian provided wisdom and somber thought. And when I was down, he brought me back up with his humor and positive nature. We were more of a team than manager and employee. I will miss him dearly.
From Krystle and myself, our sincerest and deepest sympathies to you, Debbie, and the Davidson Family.
Please accept our deepest condolences and sympathies on your loss from myself and everyone here at Bell & MacKenzie.
It was always a pleasure to deal with Ian. I always looked forward to his calls as he always had something interesting to say, or an interesting problem to solve.
He will be sadly missed.
Debbie and family,
My deepest condolences. Ian was a true gentleman and added class to our industry. I always looked forward to opportunities to talk with him. He will truly be missed and always remembered.

Debbie and Family:
I got to know Ian very well after taking the Field Supervisor position early in 2015 with ECL. Ian immediately became a mentor to me. His knowledge of the industry and openness to share that knowledge were inspiring to me. In such a short time I learned so much from Ian that I will carry on for a lifetime.
I am deeply saddened of Ian's passing. I know Ian has touched many peoples lives and he wont be forgotten.
I'm very sorry for you loss, he was a great person.
Our sincere and deepest condolences. May the good lord be with you and your family.
To the family and friends of Ian Davidson,
I am a customer of Ian's. He was a very optimistic and outgoing person to deal with. He always came through regardless of how much of a challenge I presented him with and he did it with a smile on his face. His courteous and appreciative nature was always enjoyable and I was honoured to have a chance to deal with him for the past 2 years. All of us at IST will miss his cheerful character. Please accept our deepest condolences.
With Sincere Regards,
Michelle Evans and Innovative Steam Technologies
I was very sorry to learn of Ian's untimely death. He was a school mate and a very nice person. We lost contact after graduation, but I fondly remember him. Rest In Peace Ian, may the angels watch over you.
Dear Debbie:
We are all so sorry to hear the news about Ian.
There is so little one can say.
So little one can do.
May it help to know that our loving thoughts and prayers are with you.
All our love,
Dianne & Ted and
Michele & Mike
I got to know Ian briefly during the time I've been working at ECL. I did not know Ian very well, nor for very long, but in the short time I knew him, he made a lasting impression on me as someone who had a very positive view of the world and was blessed with a sunny disposition.
This world is now a lesser place with his passing. My heart goes out to his family and I hope that with time, you will be comforted by all the wonderful and happy memories you have of him. He will be mourned and missed by all those who were privileged to have known him
With kind regards
Niall Gordon, Thornhill ON
Dear Davidson family,
Please accept my sincere sympathies on the passing of Ian. You won't remember me, but Barbara might remember Vera Ellis (my mother) as Vera and she were first cousins. I'm so sorry to hear of this great loss for all of you.
I see that Ian's funeral is going to be webcast. Thank-you for doing that as it will be a privilege to be able to attend in that way.
God bless you.

To Debbie and family, Barbara, Jane and Karen,
I am deeply saddened by Ian's untimely passing and regret being unable to attend his memorial on the 17th. I would have liked very much to have gotten to know my cousin more as the man he was though my recollections of Ian are that he was courteous, gentle and funny. As a Davidson, I know he would have loved his family and friends deeply, worked hard and enjoyed life with no regrets. My deepest sympathies, Laurie Davidson.

Our hearts are very heavy with the sudden tragic passing of Ian. Ian was truly one of the kindest people we have known and was certainly a true specimen of a Gentleman. In the short five years I have have worked with Ian at ECL and got to know Ian I am proud to call him a friend. I feel blessed to have had the time we did have to learn from Ian's wisdom , share day to day experiences with Ian and to meet you Debbie. May you all treasure the fond memories of a very special man.
Warmest Hugs to all, Sherry and Bob Domjan and family
Debbie and family, we cannot say just how horrifying yesterday was and how shocked, and so sorry we are. Ian was so very special to all of us here at ECL and especially Thomas and I. He was such a kind and gentle man who so badly wanted to help us to succeed. Thomas looked up to and admired Ian. He has been such a mentor and a wonderful presence here at ECL and we will miss him dearly.
Ian is so well known in the industry and so many people have called and expressed their condolences to you and your family.
It has been an honour to have known Ian, to have worked with Ian and to have been friends with Ian.
Please know that you are all in our thoughts, our hearts and our prayers.
Love from Thomas, Sandy and Ian's ECL family.
