Obituary of Marlene Garner

Garner, Marlene (nee Hart) Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, March 19, 2015 in her 79th year. Beloved wife of George for over 58 years. Loving mother of Phil (Pamela), Sandra (Randy) Blake, Paul and the late Mark. Devoted grandmother of Kyle, Casey, Stefanie, and Jennifer Garner, Mark (Danielle), and Lisa Blake, and her great-grandson Jason. She is survived by her brother Wayne. Predeceased by her parents Harry and Myrtle Hart. She will also be fondly remembered by many other family members and friends. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave. on Tuesday from 12 - 2 p.m. Interment Farringdon Burial Ground. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimers Society of Brant or a charity of your choice would be appreciated. A special thank you to Marlene's daughter-in-law Pamela for all of her care and compassion throughout the last few months.
