Day, Iris Doreen - Passed away peacefully at the Stedman Community Hospice on Friday, December 24th, 2010, in her 84th year. She will sadly missed by her loving husband Bill, and sons Michael (Monica), and Peter (Nancy). Also fondly remembered by her grandsons Nicholas (Maree) and Paul, Iris was a member of the Northridge Golf Club for over 40 years and loved to travel to many places around the world. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and volunteers at the Stedman Hospice. A Private Family Funeral Service will be held at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, (519) 752-4331. Cremation has taken place. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Stedman Community Hospice would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Iris in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
