SLAGHT, Bruce - Suddenly at home on Thursday, December 2nd, 2010 in his 85th year. Beloved father of Cora Hodgson and Carol Jackson (Ron Johnston). Caring grandfather of Denise, Tammy and Amy. Great-grandfather of 3 great-grandchildren. Bruce was a custom farmer in the Scotland area for many years. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue on Tuesday from 2-3 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Donations to the Ducks Unlimited Canada or the charity of your choice would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Bruce in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
