WHEELER, Ida Elizabeth (nee Blair) - Passed away at the Hardy Terrace Long-Term Care Home on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at the age of 93. Much loved wife of the late Kenneth (2009). Predeceased by her son Blair (1974), her parents Charles and Jenny. She will be fondly remembered by her brother John (Shirley) Blair and nephews Mike and David Crowe. A special thank you to the Hardy Terrace Long-Term Care Home staff for the excellent care Ida received. Friends will be received at Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue, on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 from 10-11 a.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment Scotland Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Ida in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
