Obituary of Dorothy Westbrook

WESTBROOK, Dorothy Ann (nee Bannister) - Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Friday, April 30, 2010, with her son Christopher by her side. Beloved wife of the late Garth (2001). Much loved mother of Christopher and his family Bonnie, Jay (Teresa) and Garrett (Laura). Sister of Dr. Leslie and Jane Bannister and sister-in-law of Richard Moore. Dear aunt of Michael and Jill. Predeceased by parents Robert and Jessie Bannister and twin sister Margaret Moore. Dorothy will be missed by many friends, especially Marie and Dave Cook-Potter and their family. Cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service will take place at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre. Donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or the Brant SPCA or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Dorothy in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
