Condolences
Uncle Jay, You are and will be sadly missed but never forgotten. God Bless You, your nephew ,Rick
We always remember Jay's Christmas open houses. He always had his apartment festively decorated and a gift for Laura and Greg when we visited. We have not seen him for a number of years, but he will be remembered with fondness.
I am the neice of Roy Hostetler. My mother "Carrie" was one of his many sliblings. I want to send my sympathy to all of his surviving sliblings and to all of his friends in Canada that are mourning today.
A short story to share: When I was younger and Uncle Jay would make it back to Pennsylvania we would go shopping. Oh, it was a special shopping trip. Uncle Jay all dressed up in his white three piece suit, shoes shined, every hair in place would take me out on the town. We would get a kick out of watching all the ladies checking us out and wondering who the gold digger was with that rich sophicated man. She must be with him for the money. Me and Uncle Jay would laugh all day, that we really got one over on them. Then he would treat me to a special dinner and call it a day. We had a great time together. With fond memories always, until we meet again.

uncle jay, we will miss you badly until we meet you again. your laughter and joking gave all a good laugh and warm feeling and as you always said "that's no word of a lie".
Uncle Jay, We hope today you are in the loving arms of Jesus, singing and rejoicing with family and friends. So sad to hear of your passing since we hadnt seen you for so long. All your brothers and sisters do truly love you and will meet you again someday when all sickness and trouble will be forgotten in eternity. God Bless those who took care of you and treated you with respect and love. Love, Kathy, Jeff, Jillian, Elijah, Jeffrey and Emily
