ROBERTSON, Edna Marguerite - Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Edna died Saturday, March 27th, 2010 at the Brantford General Hospital, in her 93rd year. Loving wife of the late George Robertson. Cherished mother of June (Leslie) Sitton, Richard (Laurel) Newstead, John Elkin, David (Lillian) Elkin, Darlene (Nelson) Usher and Linda (Glenn) Miller. A grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother, Edna will be missed by too many to mention. She is predeceased by her granddaughter Rachel Bonnett. A generous soul, Edna had a great love of all things gardening, but always found the time to put her family first. Friends will be received at the BECKETT - GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue, on Monday, March 29th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Huntington Society of Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Edna in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
