McDERMID, Cheryl Lynn (nee Sage) - Passed away peacefully at Brantford General Hospital on Saturday, February 6, 2010. Loving wife of the late Leo McDermid (2008). Devoted mother of Cinnamon (Korey). Proud grandmother of Wren and Rowan. Cherished daughter of Dennis and Muriel Sage. Dear sister of Daryl and Debbie Sage; Tracey and Gary Nicholl and their families. She will be fondly remembered by many other family members and friends. Cheryl's conversations and frequent phone calls will be dearly missed by many. Friends will be received at BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue on Thursday, February 11th from 10 - 11 am. A Memorial Service will follow in the Chapel at 11:00 am. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to the SPCA or Brantford General Hospital or Lansdowne Children's Centre would be appreciated by the family. A tree will be planted in memory of Cheryl at the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
