Obituary of Catherine Dalziel

DALZIEL, Catherine (nee Carroll) - Passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness at the Brantford General Hospital, on Monday, June 15th, 2009 in her 74th year. Beloved wife of the late George (2003). Loving mother of the late Geoffrey, the late Valerie, Paul and George. She is survived by her sister Mary Carroll, of England. Predeceased by her sister Ellen Dakin and her brother Chris Carroll. She will also be fondly remembered by the Craven Family: John and Maureen, Julie, Sean (Cathy), and Louise (Dave), and many family members and friends in both Canada and England. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave. on Friday from 10 - 11 a.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel on Friday at 11:00 a.m. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery. Donations to the Stedman Community Hospice, Canadian Cancer Society or the S.P.C.A. would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Catherine in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
