Condolences
Clem, Tyler and Jason, I am very saddened to hear of the passing of your Wife and mother. I worked with Darlene for many years in the shoe department at sears, Darlene made it worth while to come to work. We always laughed and had a great time! Darlene was always there and she could convice customers that the ugliest shoes looked great on them! She was the best. I hadn't seen Darlene for many years and then on March 28th of this year my father John Sweeney died and Darlene was there for me and my family! She came to the funeral home and we shared memories and stories and I was so happy to have seen Darlene just one more time and have a great laugh. Darlene was also able to meet my four children that night, if only I had know it was the last time we would meet. Your wife, mother was a wonderful lady and touched many lifes may she live on forever in your hearts and memories. Sincerely, Jennifer Slamen (Sweeney)
Our Heartfelt sympathy goes out to you at this time of sorrow. Sincerely Terri Cross & Mark White

Uncle Clem, Jayson and Tyler....My family and I were so upset to hear of the passing of our beloved "Auntie Dee". May you all find strength and support within eachother during this time. May you all keep the memories close to you and remember how so special your wife and mother is to everyone. The world has definitely lost a true lady. I will always remember coming over to your house as a little girl with my parents (Paul and Linda McDonald) and Auntie Dee making her special shortbread and peanut butter balls for us. I will always remember her hearty laugh and her warm, loving hugs. You always felt so special when you were around her. I am keeping you all in my prayers and I send you all lots of love. Rest in Peace Auntie Dee, and say hi to my dad for me. I am sure you have lots of catching up to do. All my love, Kerri Ann MacAskill

Extending Deep And Heartfelt Sympathy To You And Your Family, Love, from Deb & John, Melissa, Michael, Tyler& Justin (Dowling) DARLENE:Your Wife, Clem; Your Mother, Jason and Tyler; My Friend, as to many others...Darlene as we all know was a very Unique kind of person! Always joking, laughing, having a shoulder ready for anyone who needed the support,a very funny individual who loved life! I met Darlene 12 years ago, at Sears Portrait Studio, the funny lady with the cane!Full of whit and a little more, rough around the edges but a heart of gold and as kind as kind can be.Darlene came to be like the big sister that I never had, not only a friend. When my own Mom passed away, Darlene was right there and she remained there to confide in , to share things that I might not have been able to share otherwise, always offering good, sound advice and just being there, when you needed her most! A real Rock! When my own daughter, Melissa and my youngest son, Michael, first met Darlene, they both said immediately said that she reminded them of Grandma Toots (my Mom). My youngest nephew, Richard, had the oppurtunity of meeting Darlene, also at the Portrait Studio and he to, said she was just like Grandma! I'll never forget the time that we had all gone out for supper (Christmas time)and on the way home to drop Darlene off at her house, my husband, John, who was driving, blew a donut around the corner from Darlene's house and she laughingly asked to do it again! So, we did!!! Darlene was able to touch the lives of so many people and I know we will all miss her in our own ways. tears...hugs...smiles...memories... She was a wonderful human being and though Darlene must now go to a better place without any of us, I'm sure she will keep Heaven rocking! Rest In Peace, my Friend...until we meet again! Love you, Always- Debbie & Family xoxoxoxo
