Obituary of Joyce Norma Hodgson

HODGSON, Joyce Norma - Passed away peacefully at the Stedman Community Hospice on Wednesday, May 20th, 2009 in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of Bruce for over 58 years. Loving mother of John and his wife Valerie, Michael and his wife Glenna, and Jamie and his wife Denise. Devoted grandmother of Jennifer, Jonathon and Joshua, and Meghan and Andrew. She is survived by her sister Ruth Craig, and predeceased by her brother Ray Lewis. Joyce will also be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Aveue on Monday from 1-2 p.m. A Memorial Service will follow in the Chapel on Monday at 2:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Donations to the Stedman Community Hospice or S.P.C.A. would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Joyce in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
