RUSHTON, Muriel Patricia - Peacefully at Brantford General Hospital on Friday, May 15, 2009 at the age of 89 with her son, Jim at her side. Beloved wife of the late Herb. Much loved mother of Jim Burke and his wife Lorna. Dear sister of Marie Whayman and special aunt to Cathy, Blaine, and Cory Krist. Longtime friend of Anne and John Landry. At Muriel's request a private family entombment has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to
Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue (519-752-4331). Donations to the Brantford Humane Society would be greatly appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Muriel in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
