VUYLSTEKE, Marcel Alois - Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Tuesday, October 14th, 2008 in his 80th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Kim. Loving father and best dad of Marcel Jr. and Taurie, Annie and her husband Walter Olsen, Nancy Richards and Mary Robertson. Much loved son-in-law of June Ann and her husband Wally Hermeston. Also survived by many grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his sisters Annie and Irene and his brother Mitch. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 11 a.m. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Brantford General Hospital - Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated. Special thanks to Dr. Rajpura for her caring compassion and support. A tree will be planted in memory of Marcel in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
