BLACKETT, Margaret Jean (Nee Rock) - Suddenly passed away at the Brantford General Hospital on Sunday, March 1, 2015 in her 73rd year. Beloved wife of Murray Blackett for 52 years. Loving mother of Michelle and Kent Deveto and Melissa and Dave Ferris. Cherished grandmother of Avery, Chad, Samantha and Charley. Survived by her mother Aileen Rock and her sisters Ellen and Andrea, and brothers Terry, Donald, David, Michael and John. Predeceased by her grandmother Margaret Pelton and sister Sandra. Friends will be received at Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue, Brantford, on Wednesday, March 4, 2015, 2:00 - 4:00 & 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on March 5, 2015 at 2:00 pm. Cremation. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society and the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
