Obituary of Mary Pease

PEASE, Mary Frances (nee Mott) - Passed away peacefully at Briarwood Gardens on Monday, May 12, 2104 in her 92nd year. Beloved mother of Nancy Ann (the late Craig) Miller, and Ted (Colleen) Pease, (previously married to Harold Pease (1976). Devoted "Grannie" to Ryan, Erin, Darcy, and Trevor. She is survived by her sister Ruth (the late Spyros) Loukidelis. Predeceased by her parents Harold and Marion Mott, her brother John (Bev), and sisters Anne (Art) Cole, and Margaret Mott. She will also be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Mary was a 27 year retired teacher at the W. Ross Macdonald School, she volunteered for many years with the Canadian Red Cross, and was a long time member of Grace Anglican Church. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave., on Thursday from 10 - 11 a.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Cremation has taken place. Donations to the Canadian Red Cross, the W. Ross Macdonald School, or the Grace Anglican Church would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Mary in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
