Obituary of Ruth McFadzean

MCFADZEAN, RUTH MARIE - Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital, on Monday the 24th of March, Ruth Marie (Nelles) McFadzean at the age of 100 years. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Wilfrid T. McFadzean (1986). Daughter of the late Duff and Ida Nelles of Boston, Ontario. Dear mother of Eleanor (Dr. Maurice Jamieson) of Ottawa and Doug McFadzean (Marilyn) of Brantford. Loving and proud grandmother of Sara Jamieson (David Stymeist) of Ottawa, David Jamieson (Melinda Whitmore) of Oak Park, Illinois, Carol Inwood (Kevin) of Toronto, Scott McFadzean (Roxanne) of London, Ontario and Amy Coulter (Colin) of Brantford. Delighted great grandmother of Julia Stymeist and Grace Inwood. Survived also by her nephew, Raymond Nelles (Lois) of Boston, Ontario and their daughter, Wendy Elaine Nelles of Toronto. Predeceased by her brothers, Clarence (1914) and Howard Nelles (1979) of Boston. Visitation will be held at the BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue on Friday from 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will take place at FARRINGDON INDEPENDENT CHURCH, 287 Mt. Pleasant Rd, Brantford on Saturday, the 29th of March at 10 a.m. Interment Farringdon Burial Ground. Flowers gratefully declined.
