Obituary of Jean Tackaberry

TACKABERRY, Jean Myrtle - It is with great sadness, but with hope of the resurrection, that we announce the passing of our dear Mom and Grandma on March 25th, 2008 peacefully surrounded by her family at the age of 93. Jean was the beloved wife of the late Harvey (1986). Cherished mother of Patricia and the late David (1997), and devoted Grandma of Allison and the late Michael (1994). Jean was the loved sister of the late Donald Marlett of Edmonton and the late Irene Pennell. Also predeceased by her parents Frederick and Jane Hugo Marlett (nee: Passmore). Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 1 p.m. Interment Farringdon Burial Ground. Donations to the Children's Wish Foundation would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Jean in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
