Obituary of Wilma Flood

FLOOD, Wilma Selena - Peacefully at Riverview Terrace, on Saturday, February 9, 2008, in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late William Flood (1993). Beloved mother of the late Murray J. Baker (2003). Wilma is survived by her daughter-in-law Bernice, granddaughters Deidre Grimes of Toronto, Lorie Eddy (Michael) of Alberta and Bonnie Baker of Nova Scotia. Wilma will be remembered by her nieces and nephews in the Listowel area. She was a member of the Maple Grove Women's Institute, Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church and the Order of The Eastern Star. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue on Wednesday from 11a.m. - 1 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel at 1 p.m. Interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Donations may be made in memory of Wilma to the Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund, the C.N.I.B. or to a charity of your choice. A tree will be planted in memory of Wilma in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
