Condolences
Many, many years have passed since I have seen or communicated with Aunt Betty, but I have the most heart-warming and happiest memories tucked away in my heart of her and Uncle Keith and of all the occassions we spent together as families. Christmases, parties, vacations at the cabin, living with Aunt Betty and Uncle Keith when Dad(Ron), Mom(Barb), the boys and I moved from Thunder Bay to Brantford, the Howard's and the Givens running the A&W as a team, the horse racing...gosh, the list goes on and on! And I especially remember that there was always lots of laughter and you could feel the love all around you. As I looked at the photographs shared here, I can see that Aunt Betty was still enjoying her life to the fullest and I am so glad, because I couldn't have pictured her any other way. She was one special, dear lady, indeed. "To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die."
Dear Greg,Marilyn,Cindy & Kelly. Our deepest sympathy to you all. You are in our thoughts and prayers at this very sad time. Mary & Steve
I will always have a fond memories of your Mom and how she made me feel so welcome and special the first time I met her. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
To our very special friends; Joanne & Bill, Nadine & Aiden, Colin & Christine & Emma; It is hard to put into words the lose of your mom, grandma, & GG. (Betty) It was only a week or so ago, that Mike and I saw Betty with you Joanne and Aiden at the mall, helping you pick out something to wear for that evening. we gave Betty a hug, and told her how lovely she looked. Joanne, your mom looked so happy. Mom's are very special people, and that is why God made them, because God could not be everywhere. Mom's will always be forever in our hearts. Betty attended a lot of family gatherings, and those pictures will sure to be very precious. Mike and I will be thinking about all of you during this difficult time. With Love and Friendship always Jeannie & Mike xoxo
