Fiona, Lorna and family, my deepest sympathies with the passing of your dear mother Norah. The obituary was very heart warming, reflecting the deep love and full lives the 3 of you shared. Now reunited with Norman, much quicker than any of you anticipated but sounds like she had some memorable times of late. Was saddened to read of Norah's passing but take comfort in knowing she is reunited with Norm. I enjoyed sharing nursing stories with Norah and how things had changed over the years. She was a delight to visit with ( as was Norm) when we met at the Brantford Club for dinner and events. Their stories were always great entertainment. May you find comfort and peace in your memories.

I shall miss my dear friend Norah, and our phone calls to each other. When my husband was alive we had many laughs with Norah and Norman at our dinner table. Never knowing what “story” Norman was going to share with us on any given night, and there were many, and every time Norah would say “Norman, not another story, for goodness sake”, and we would all laugh. Last Christmas Norah took me to the Sanderson Centre to see ABBA, we had a great time. RIP my dear friend, you shall be missed.

We will miss Norah and Norman and the good fun we had together, especially in Barbados. Great friends and fellow Scots with a sense of humour that matched ours,we got along swimmingly.
